Our exceptional, friendly staff is our greatest asset. They are excited about what they do, and they care personally about getting the best results for our patients.
Our receptionists will try to accommodate your busy schedule by finding appointments that suit your needs. We will help you understand your insurance coverage and how to best use it for your vision needs.

Office Manager



Being the Office Manager for Marcoe Family Eyecare means that I take great pride in dealing directly with the patients, answering questions regularly and explaining to them the process they are about to go through when getting a new exam. I also deal regularly with the insurance companies by checking patients eligibility for exams and submitting their claims and billing.



Ryan is our part-time receptionists for the office. He is the friendly face that will greet you when coming in for your eye exam! He is responsible for being sure your paperwork and personal file is updated completely and all insurance information has been gathered. Also, he and others are the ones who do the scheduling for our patients.

Sam and Austin

Some tests are done at our office before you see the doctor. These tests are designed to give the doctor some important information to help him/her better understand the condition of your eyes and vision. Our well trained staff is responsible for this aspect of your examination called pretesting. They are also responsible for guiding you through some tests the doctor may feel are necessary after the examination such as visual field testing and digital retinal photography.
